The acquisition of lesson sessions or services from Vocalynnie is non-refundable. However, there is the possibility to reschedule the lesson two hours before the appointment starts. Any canceled lesson without prior notification at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time will beconsidered non-attendance and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Neither Vocalynnie nor Christina Berger holds responsibility for any professional hazards or your decision to engage in aggressive singing or screaming, or to attempt extreme vocal techniques. If you encounter pain, extreme tension, hoarseness, or a sense of constriction, cease singing immediately and refrain from continuing under any circumstances. Should pain or hoarseness persist, seek advice from a medical consultant.
